Format
120 LPGA Professionals will compete in a 72-hole stroke play competition. There will be a cut after 36 holes to the low 70 professionals and a cut after 54 holes to the low 30 professionals.
Field
The professionals will be selected via their order on the Official LPGA Money List. The field will be finalized following the Mizuno Classic, November 9, 2009.
Charity
The LPGA Tour Championship will benefit Pediatric Orthopedic Services at Children's Memorial Hermann Hospital and other local charities.
